Flaming Amp Corporation was founded few years ago on a balcony in India by two Icelanders and a Dane. The dream was to give the people uncompromised sound in a well designed package. After years of design, prototyping and building they have delivered its first tube amplifier: The FAC Model 001.
The three people involved were all experts in their fields. A HI-FI guru, an electrical engineer and an architect, joined to make a new innovative company creating high class audio equipment.

Hannes Líndal, a modern electrical and telecom engineer with years of experience in electronics, analog and digital design and building of high quality electrical equipment.
Haukur Þórðarson, award winning designer, architect and musician, has wide range of expertise in design, with background in everything from city planning to industrial design.
